One of Ireland's most experienced board directors, Will McKee is chairman of Linkubator and works with a broad range of corporations, from small start-up businesses to large established multi-nationals, and across an extensive range of manufacturing and service sectors in which he trains and coaches chief executives and top teams. His competence comes from a rigorous business education and over 30 years of hands-on entrepreneurial experience of enterprise establishment and early-stage business support in Ireland, Britain and North America in the roles of CEO, director, or chairman of significant companies in a wide variety of sectors.

John McKee is chief executive of Linkubator and CEO of Amtec Medical. John holds a BSc in Business Administration and Computer Science and an Executive MBA, both from Queens University, Belfast. He has been directly involved in three innovative start-ups and has extensive direct experience of assisting local NI aspiring entrepreneurs in selling skills.

Will and John are father and son, business partners, colleagues and best friends, and have the privilege of working together to help owners, boards, CEOs and top teams to grow their companies.
