* Consider everything before making a tax-based investment
* Turn liabilities into assets

Author Biography

A founder of one of Ireland's leading financial advisory businesses, Financial Engineering Network, Paul has been a prolific writer on the subject of wealth accumulation, with articles published in all of Ireland's major newspapers. He has been a regular contributor to The Investor magazine and to various trade publications.
In March 2008, having used 'Tricks' and 'Tactics' to his benefit, and at the ripe old age of 46, Paul took early retirement. He now has the choice to work or not (he has achieved his own financial freedom) and has chosen to work exclusively in Financial Coaching, founding a new business, Finacial Intelligence, which helps clients target their financial freedom, which is defined as: 'Getting to a stage where your investment assets can replace your lifestyle income, without the need to continue working'.
